Summer company meeting 2024

At the start of July our whole team got together for Aspire’s annual company meeting. We met at the stunning Edwardian hotel in Manchester for two days of team-building, training, and socialising. Our company meeting provided an invaluable opportunity for team members based across the country to connect in person and allowed us to welcome new team members face-to-face.

On day one, our innovations workstream delivered an engaging session on AI, exploring both the practical applications of AI, and the evolving opportunities available to our team. On day two of the meeting, we announced our charitable partnership with Once Upon a Smile for the next year. Charlotte Brown from Once Upon a Smile gave a heartfelt presentation about the support they provide to bereaved children in Greater Manchester. To wrap things up, the whole-team took part in reviewing and providing feedback on the action plans for achieving our ‘crazy goals’, a set of goals that inform our company culture, direction, and continued excellence in MedComms.
